The Dying Voice Of Preparedness

“Charlie, preparedness isn’t dying.” You are correct, prepping isn’t dying, but the fad market isn’t the only preparedness market fading. I read the front page article of American Survivor, a newsprint newsletter from a very old preparedness organization called¬†Live Free USA.

The article talks about the down turn of popularity in preparedness and the long time survival publications. All of this coupled with the digital age reminded of the fact that more has to be done to preserve hard copies of useful information. In this episode I try to drive the point that as handy as tablets and digital books are, we should also be interested in storing the informative articles and how-to in a form that is not just electronically accessible.
