Hi preppers and patriots. This week I want to discuss crypto currencies. I believe I can tell you why most preppers do not like Bitcoin and other digital coins. If you are one of those that don’t, is it because of one of these reasons? It is not a hard good; you can’t hold it in your hand or store it in a conventional safe and security of it worries you. It is electronic based; if the power goes out, how would you access it? The government has threatened to abolish it or come after those using it. If one of the three or all of them are concerning to you, please listen to the whole episode and maybe you will realize the benefits there may actually be in digital alternative currencies.
First thing you may want to do is actually watch Amanda B. Johnson’s laymen’s tutorial on what a blockchain is before passing judgement on crypto currencies, and you can do that from her video series on YouTube. Keep in mind that she works for Dash which is a digital currency so once you get past the third or forth video in her Dash School series, she will be talking up her company and it may turn into a commercial.
Also I talk about Vin Armani’s new project that will allow anyone to send Bitcoin Cash through SMS text messages to anyone’s cell phone, so even in a power grid failure it can still be accessible. Here is Vin’s podcast where he explains it a little better in the first half of his show. And you can sign up for his public test of it at cointext.io.
I hope these tips help you and your family stay a step ahead of disaster. until next episode, keep them preps dry.
